Beginning in the summer of 2020, various institutions in Italy and abroad hosted cultural and artistic events on the occasion of the 250th anniversary of the birth of G.W.F. Hegel (1770-2020). The University of Roma Tre was among the promoters of “Hegel Now!” together with the Società Filosofica Romana (SFR), the Goethe-Institut, the Friedrich-Schiller Universität Jena, the Université Paul Valery Montpellier 3, the Universidad Autonoma de Madrid, the University of Debrecen, the Istituto Italiano di Studi Filosofici (IISF), the 999 Foundation, the Circulo de Bellas Artes, the artistic network ST_ART and the international network Hegel Art Net. The project will continue with further national and international events to promote an innovative synergy between Hegelian philosophy and contemporary art around the world.
