Dr Victoria Bladen teaches in literary studies and adaptation at The University of Queensland, Australia, and has twice received a Faculty award for teaching excellence. Her publications include six Shakespearean text guides in the Insight series – The Merchant of Venice (2020), Much Ado About Nothing (2019), Measure for Measure (2015), 1 Henry IV (2012), Julius Caesar (2011), and Romeo and Juliet (2010) – and five co-edited volumes: Shakespeare and The Supernatural (Manchester UP, 2020), Shakespeare on Screen: King Lear (Cambridge UP 2019), Supernatural and Secular Power in Early Modern England (Ashgate 2015), Shakespeare on Screen: Macbeth (Presses Universitaires de Rouen et du Havre, 2013), and a special issue of the Australian Literary Studies journal on Afterlives of Pastoral (2015).
